Jenny Harkleroad is the co-founder of the Transformation Factor™, founder of Balanced You™, founder Summit Transformation™, #1 Best Selling-Author, coach and mind change teacher. Jenny spent 13-years as a top producing realtor in San Diego before accidentally discovering the power of her mind while trying to heal herself from a broken back. Jenny has now studied with some of the top transformation doctors and coaches around the world in business and health and wellness. Jenny is the proud mom of 4 kids and has been married to her husband for 25 years. As said by Michael E. Gerber, World-renowned author of The E-Myth Books and “Worlds #1 Small Business Guru” -Inc. Keith Zeber is the co-owner of the Transformation Factor™ with 34-years of solutions sales experience as an individual contributor and manager of sales teams. Keith serves as the Vice President of Business Development. He is developing partnerships with entities in the marketplace to introduce new channels and new revenue streams to the company. He has held a variety of positions, including director of Vertical sales, and Vice President of Sales. Keith has also held positions leading sales teams, developing sales strategies and processes to overachieving revenue and gross margin goals. He has been a top sales contributor as an individual contributor winning Presidents club ten years plus. Keith was Territory Manager of the year at Symbol Technologies a billion dollar a year company. Keith has a Bachelor of Science degree from the San Jose State University in Marketing with a minor in Economics.
Paul has over 18-years experience in the sales and sales enablement industries and has been invited to work with many corporations including Colliers, Salesforce.com, Konica Minolta, CBRE, Oracle, Cushman & Wakefield, Vision Critical, Bell, FullContact, Johnson & Johnson and TELUS. He began his career in sales with Xerox Corporation. During his tenure with Xerox, he spent three years as Xerox’s National Sales Instructor. In that role, he taught Xerox’s New Hire Sales School; one of the most renowned training curriculums in the world. It was during those three years that he found his passion for facilitating and training. It was also during this time that he was introduced to SOAR Selling; How To Make Strategic Contact With Decision Makers. Paul graduated from York University with a degree in Economics, is a 3-time Xerox President Club Winner and currently lives in Toronto with his wife and their two children.
David Hibbard has more than 30-years of experience in the sales industry. Dave trains sales and leadership professionals in a variety of industries and companies such as Cisco, Apple, AT&T, Oracle, Toshiba, Dell, IBM, Xerox, Armstrong and many additional firms. He empowers individuals and businesses to be marketplace leaders that are profitable and successful, all while maintaining integrity and trust. He knows what it takes to create a high performing team. David’s corporate career began at Procter and Gamble; he then spent 18-years in the highly-competitive commercial real estate industry. He was honored as the “Number-One Rookie” in the country and the “Number-One Broker” in one of the most competitive brokerage operations in the United States. He is the author of two books, SOAR Selling: How To Get Through to Almost Anyone—the Proven Method for Reaching Decision Makers and The Canoe Theory: A Business Success Strategy for Leaders and Associates. Marhnelle Hibbard has more than 20-years of experience developing sales professionals and coaching corporate executives. She has supported organizations such as DuPont, Herman Miller, Steelcase, Wells Fargo, Carr Properties, BRE, TriNet, The Irvine Company and many additional firms throughout the United States to shift their culture and results. Marhnelle maintains a history of positive outcomes through her coaching with strong executives due in part to her unmatched ability to listen intently. She embodies the skills of an effective leader. Marhnelle achieved national recognition by authoring an international development program for women and is also the co-author of The Canoe Theory: A Business Success Strategy for Leaders and Associates (Thomson Learning) as well as SOAR Selling: How To Get Through to Almost Anyone—the Proven Method for Reaching Decision Makers (McGraw-Hill New York).
Patrick Laing brings over 30-years of sales and sales training experience to the team, having served as a former Dale Carnegie instructor, a Sandler President’s Club coach, a Vice President of Sales, National Sales Trainer, and successful lender/business consultant. Patrick has worked with a variety of industries throughout his career including finance, transportation/shipping, home improvement, advertising, real estate development, and office automation cost reduction, with companies ranging from Delta Airlines to Wells Fargo to Wyndham Worldwide, and beyond. He began his career with Trendwest Resorts. During his tenure with Trendwest, he broke their record for fastest ever “Million Dollar Club” recipient and was awarded their coveted “Garcia Award for Excellence in Sales.” At Delta he received the “Delta Customer Service Citation,” the company’s highest customer service award. A U.S. Army veteran, honorably discharged in 1995, Patrick worked in counter-intelligence and negotiation with the military and speaks fluent Italian and limited/progressing Spanish. He holds a B.A. degree in English-Tech. Writing from Brigham Young University and multiple military and sales/leadership certifications. Patrick currently lives in Vista, California with his much-better-half, Tessha Ann Laing. They have 5 children ranging from 14 to 22 years old.
After working for the maquiladora and bank industry in México, Connie moved to Houston, Texas and worked at Marnor Corporation in their International Financing department specialized in factoring invoices for companies. She moved to San Diego when she got married and worked for the County of San Diego as a Bi-lingual Benefits Analyst Supervisor. Connie and her husband have a daughter and son which she homeschooled while she got her BA in Psychology and started a home-based-business. Connie finally followed her passion to work in the personal development space-taking women business owners to a more balanced life (mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, socially and financially). Connie became a Summit Transformation™ facilitator when she personally experienced the powerful success of this program. Her mission: To teach businesses how to leverage their sales team talents into massive profits. As, Jodi, her first client put it, “without question she has transformed my unique gifts and qualities into success.”
Janet was born and raised in rural southern Colorado and earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from BYU-Hawaii. She’s the mother of 4 amazing children and 8 (so far) adorable grandchildren. Janet operated a private music studio since 1996, teaching piano mastery, as well as vocal support. Besides accounting and music, Janet also has a passion for helping people create ultimate success and has trained and studied many modalities of subconscious transformation work including PSYCH-K® Basic, Advanced Integration, Master Facilitation and Health and Well-being. Janet also completed the Health, Emotion and Kinesiology Course with Dr. Warren Jacobs and is currently a facilitator of Summit Transformation.™
Janet currently resides in San Diego CA where she enjoys volunteering for my church, hiking and hanging out with my grandkids.
